Terms of Service

Pick'em Builder is software for organizing sports pick'em pools. Commissioners create pools and invite players; players join for free and make picks; we provide scoring and standings.

We never collect, hold, escrow, or pay out entry fees, buy-ins, pots, or winnings. Any buy-in or prize is arranged and handled entirely between a commissioner and their players, off-platform.Pick'em Builder is not a gambling, betting, or money-transmission service, and commissioner subscription fees are solely for use of the software. You are responsible for ensuring your pool complies with the laws that apply to you.

You must be at least 18 to create a commissioner account, and you're responsible for activity under it and for the conduct of your pool. Keep your sign-in secure.

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or misuse player contact information. Player emails and phone numbers shared with a commissioner are for running the pool only.

Pools up to a small player cap are free. Paid commissioner plans (billed monthly or annually via Stripe) lift limits and add custom branding. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.

The Service is provided “as is.” Scores, spreads, and standings come from third-party data feeds and may be delayed or inaccurate; don't rely on them for anything requiring certainty. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick'em Builder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any disputes, buy-ins, or payouts arranged between commissioners and players. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms (we'll change the date above) and may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using the Service at any time.
